Question:
Can FinalData recover files from a hard disk infected by the
Worm, CIH or Explorer.zip virus?
|
|
Answer:
Yes,
all FinalData versions can recover data from a disk that is affected
by the Worm virus, as well as the CIH and the Explorer.zip viruses.
These viruses tend to destroy all directory information such as
FAT, file information, including file size and extension. FinalData
perfroms data recovery by reconstructing file information after analyzing the
data that is still available on the drive.
